The Studio
Drawn to the region’s distinctive architecture and dramatic landscapes, partners Nik Vekić and Quinn Marquardt established ICDT Studio in 2019 to pursue a shared vision: creating singular homes in the Catskills that pair rural character with contemporary comfort.
Rooted in a deep respect for place and craft, the studio collaborates with local tradespeople to design and build residences that are both enduring and original. From siting to interiors, every detail is considered, resulting in work defined by quiet luxury, individuality, and a lasting sense of belonging.
Nik Vekić
Co-Founder
Nik Vekić is a Parsons-trained architectural designer whose career began at several of New York City’s high-end architecture and interior firms. In 2013, he founded NV Design, earning a reputation for transforming urban residences through a blend of precision and elegance. At ICDT Studio, he brings deep expertise in spatial planning and architectural drafting, shaping homes that are both technically sound and intuitively designed to reflect their surroundings and inhabitants.
Quinn Marquardt
Co-Founder
Quinn Marquardt began his career managing commercial renovations for some of New York City’s leading galleries and artists’ studios - immersive projects that cultivated his sensitivity to the relationship between space, art, and everyday life. A graduate of NYU’s Fine Art program, he now leads interiors curation at ICDT Studio, where he blends vintage and contemporary elements to create environments that feel intentional, collected, and quietly refined.

Together, they approach each project holistically, from architectural planning and orientation to finishes, furnishings, and final styling. Their work is defined by thoughtful proportions, timeless materials, and a quiet sense of luxury that invites you to exhale.
They divide their time between New York City and the Catskills (with their rescue dog, Buddy), and remain committed to designing homes that feel grounded, graceful, and entirely unique.
